Simultaneous baling and wrapping ensures significant time savings. The Onliner UltraCut bales and wraps so the bales are protected against the weather and microbes cannot contaminate the forage. All with just a single drive on the field.

The UltraCut features a wide pickup head, precise cutting and even material stream to the chamber even if the swath is poorly shaped. The baler is equipped with the EasyTronic control system, and ELHO has designed a new wrapper control system that ensures accurate and reliable wrapping. Controlling the machine is really easy! The satellite wrapper with two pre-stretchers ensures a fast wrapping. The automatic chain lubrication system saves costs and increases the chain life-cycle. The rollers inside the baling chamber are sturdy. Depending on their position in the chamber, some of the rollers are also reinforced, e.g., the rollers at the bottom. The bigger the strain, the stronger the roller. The Onliner Ultracut´s large spherical bearings and casted bearing housings are very durable. The tyres (19.0x45/17) carry the load well.
