KUHN FC 25 F Series front mounted mower conditioners, with working widths of 10’2” and 11’6, can be used on their own, or as part of a triple mower conditioner combination, allowing you to cut up to 32’6” in one pass.

KUHN FC 3125 DF, 3525 DF, and 3525 RF front mounted disc mower conditioners set a new level of reliability and durability in the market. These mower conditioners feature an attractive, functionally designed headstock that offers exceptional terrain following, flexible enough to adapt to any terrain changes encountered in the field. The compact frame, shaped like a hammerhead shark, offers improved visibility for the operator. These machines feature the heavy-duty Optidisc® Elite cutterbar utilizing a through-bolted design and lubed-for life technology, which guarantees minimal maintenance and maximized cutting efficiency. The ability to vary conditioning intensity to match harvesting windows is assured with the use of the 2-Speed DigiDry® finger conditioner and Diamond Block® rubber roller conditioner. Lift-Control® hydropneumatic suspension limits ash incorporation and greatly improves compensating for immovable field obstacles. Protectadrive® safety provides maximum reliability and quick service, and the Fast-Fit® knife system allows you to quickly change out the knives with the use of a simple tool. For even greater productivity, pair a KUHN FC 25 F Series front mounted mower conditioner with a KUHN FC 30 Series rear mounted mower conditioner for the ultimate triple mower conditioner combination. A Clean and Consistent Cut

The Optidisc® Elite cutterbar provides a flat, streamlined profile so that soil and crop residue do not accumulate and material flows smoothly, even in heavy, difficult crop conditions. These mowers come standard with the Fast-Fit® quick release knife system. Optidisc Elite cutterbars are designed and tested with a zero oil change interval. The highly-polished gears and synthetic gear oil ensure that this system does not require any regular internal maintenance, eliminating the need for cutterbar oil changes throughout the life of the machine.

• Less Distance for a Clean Cut - Narrower spacing at diverging discs provides greater knife overlap, which results in a clean cut, even when the grass is short or light.

• More Distance for Easy Crop Passage - Wider spacing at converging discs provides more space for the crop to pass. Cut crop is quickly carried away from the cutting area, greatly improving the cut quality.

The Fast-Fit® quick-release knife system allows an operator to rapidly change out cutting knives with the use of a simple tool, yet still retain optimum cut quality and knife life. With Fast-Fit, an operator can achieve up to 50% time savings over a standard system.

For a clean cut on slopes and bends, the overlap between the front and rear units can be adjusted hydraulically between 12” and 18” (depending on the model combination) – even while driving. This is a real benefit for tractors with wide wheel spacing or large wheels.
